Honestly if I could give them 6 stars, I would. I have ordered from them many times and I have never had anything but amazing customer service. I got my order within a week and they always read my notes saying I need a small cap. The hair has always been nice and exactly as described. The prices are fair and I always look for the coupon to save even more. I hope in the future they offer thin scalp ones, but for now I am very pleased with every order. Thanks guys!!

They wigs are good, I loved everyone I have purchased especially my color 27 13x4 frontal wig. Shipping is excellent and fast and I love how they give you caps and I actually received clips and combs before. I highly recommend it !! Great service

I love my wig and it came out just like the picture. This is my second time buying hair from them and I absolutely love it and the first time was for my birthday so of course this time around I had to get something else for my birthday when I say that the wig was easy to install it was amazing !! perfectly curls I love it it’s a 10/10 I definitely recommend absolutely love these!

2. Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and
with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please
make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will

4. Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return.
